Refund policy

  • We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if necessary.

  • Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original tags still attached.

  • Home décor items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

  • Sale and clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Exchanges are available for items that are in stock. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to ensure availability.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

CONTAINERS THAT HAVE BEEN MISSING OR STOLEN

  • We take NO responsibility for any shipments that are misplaced or stolen. Any orders that are lost or stolen will NOT be replaced or refunded.
  • All orders are given a tracking number for easy monitoring. When your parcel is transferred, the US Postal Service will update its records.
  • You may have your item held at your local USPS post office if you won't be home to receive it on the scheduled delivery date and time by visiting USPS.COM.
