We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Carrier or weather delays may affect delivery.

We currently ship within the United States only. We also offer free in-store pickup at 323 Watson Street in Ripon, Wisconsin.

We accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached. Home décor must be unused in its original packaging. Clearance, swimwear and intimates are final sale. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
