Our timer pillars have two separate “on" functions. By switching to the “1" position, the timer pillar will remain on until you turn it off. By switching to the “2" position, the timer function is activated.
The timer function means the candle stays on for 6 hours, goes off for 18 hours, and then automatically turns back on to repeat the cycle. The time that you originally flip the switch to the “2" position will be the time it comes on each day. If you wish to reset the timer, turn the candle off and back on at the desired time. 3" x 4-1/2"
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be extended by a few days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order ships.
Fragile Home Décor Shipping
Due to the delicate nature of our home décor items, shipping costs are based on weight to ensure safe packaging and handling:
- 0 lb – 2 lb $8.99
- 2.1 lb – 4 lb $12.99
- 4.1 lb – 6 lb $16.99
- 6.1 lb – 8 lb $20.99
Orders over 8 lb may incur additional charges. If applicable, you will be notified at checkout.
Shipping Area
We currently only offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details typically activate within 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please Contact Us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier in those cases.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
