Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. depending on your location.
  
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order ships.
  
• We offer free standard shipping on all clothing orders over $100 (U.S. only).
  
• For clothing orders under $100, standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  
• Free shipping does not apply to home décor items.
  
• We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
  
• Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather conditions.
  
• If your order has been lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  

Return Policy

• We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if necessary.
  
• Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original tags still attached.
  
• Home décor items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  
• For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable.
  
• Sale and clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days.
  
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  
• Exchanges are available for items that are in stock. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to ensure availability.
  
• If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
